Special Features: The design focuses on the pedestrian experience from main street and commonwealth plaza to the elevated outdoor play areas. The architectural style is influenced from 1920’s New York deco with timeless detailing and modern accents. This project includes 500 residential units, including condominiums, townhomes and lofts; a 120 room hotel; 60,000 SF of ground floor retail; and 500,000 SF of office space.
Project Details: CDP will provide complete architectural design services including master planning. The project is currently in the master planning phase.
