Size: 22,000 SF
Special Features: Floor to ceiling windows along with skylights on the top floor allow natural light to filter into the building. There are multiple conference rooms and libraries. The building reflects the style of its historic neighbors while bringing a fresh, new feel to the Seventh Avenue gateway into Ybor City.
Project Details: CDP will provide complete architectural and interior design services. CDP is pursuing LEED certification on this building. The project is currently under construction.
