POSITION: INTERIOR DESIGNER
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3 to 8 years experience in the industry
Experience in residential design, particularly in the high-end residential custom home market
AutoCAD 2004 experience

POSITION: DESIGN ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR FOR (2) CID PARTNERS
Responsibilities:
Schedule Client meetings
Setup appointment with Clients
Field Client needs and coordinate follow through
Attend Client meetings, as needed
Record meeting notes
Follow through with Clients
Coordinate with project design team
Coordinate with Partners on project budget setup
Product research and selections
Product specifications
Vendor coordination in preparation for order by procurement department
Coordinate with procurement department/Partners on details and needs for proper quoting
Product sampling and pickup
Field visits in preparation for FFE ordering
Assist with project deliveries
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum experience: 3 years
Preferred experience: 5-7 years
Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD
Strong communication and organizational skills
Abilities:
Creative writing
Detailed oriented
Trustworthy and dependable
Self starter
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
Ability to work with tight deadlines and some irregular hours may be required at times

Responsibilities:
Vendor/line relationships
Quoting
Client proposals
Vendor purchase orders
Client and vendor invoices
Client deposit enter
Vendor ordering
Tracking orders
Order statusing
Installation (setup/install/follow-up)
Maintaining Client status spreadsheets
Problem resolution
Vendor payments
Light accounting/booking
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum experience: 3 years
Preferred experience: Interior Design FFE Purchasing or Furniture industry
Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, *Studio Designer (a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Abilities:
Detailed oriented

Self starter
