Chancey Design Partnership is looking for applicants (architectural registration a plus) with a high level of project management experience.
Four to six years minimum demonstrated experience with multi-family (low, mid and high rise), commercial, or healthcare projects including production of construction documents, while employed by an architectural office is preferred.
Proficiency with current versions of AutoCAD or other computer aided drafting software is required.
Minimum preferred level of knowledge:
--CAD proficiency
--Design proficiency
--Demonstrated experience with schematic design drawings, design development drawings and construction document drawings
--Proficiency working with and directing consultants
--Proficiency with the application of related building and accessibility codes
--Proficiency with detailing and understanding of materials and methods of construction
--Experience working independently and leading a project team
--Proficiency with client contact and programming
Useful additional proficiencies:
--Construction administration
--Specifications writing
--3D renderings w/ CAD
We are looking for talented, experienced people with strong technical and management skills who can lead a team to properly execute their own designs and the designs of others by producing the highest quality production drawings while meeting deadlines within set production budgets.
