Project: Four-story custom office space
Size: 22,000 SF
Special Features: Floor to ceiling windows along with skylights on the top floor allow natural light to filter into the building. There are conference rooms and space for multiple libraries. It reflects the style of its historic neighbors while bringing a fresh, new feel to the 7th Avenue gateway into Ybor City.
Project Details: CDP will provide complete architectural and interior design services as well as provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The project is currently under construction. Tampa's Mayor Iorio attended the groundbreaking ceremony in October 2006.
Sustainable Efforts: CDP is currently pursuing LEED certification through the United States Green Building Council by installing an efficient HVAC system and improving the indoor air quality among other items.
