Special Features: Floor to ceiling windows, skylights, and an opent floor plan provide natural day light and views throughout the interior. This four-story building was built on an existing urban infill lot and reflects the style of its historic neighbors while bringing a fresh, new anchor to the 7th Avenue gateway into Ybor City.
Project Details: CDP provided complete architectural and interior design services as well as furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Sustainable Efforts: The new home of Chancey Design Partnership is the first LEED for New Construction Certified building in the city of Tampa. The sustainable strategy focused on reductions to energy and water consumption, improved indoor air quality, using recycled & regional materials and diverting construction waste from landfills.
