Project: Skilled nursing and assisted and independent living facility.
Size: 65,000 SF
Special Features: Interior renovations were made to the "Main Street", common spaces, dining room and kitchen as well as a 4,000 SF new dining room addition and porte cochere entry.
Project Details: CDP provided complete architecture and interior design services to the new additions, redesigned the main access road, provided landscaping and renovated other areas of the facility.
Recognition: 2001 winner of the Silver Achievement Award for Best of Senior Housing Renovation presented by the National Association of Home Builders Senior Housing Council. 2001 winner of the Florida North ASID Design Award for healthcare.
