Master Plan: The plan includes an Alzheimer’s assisted living facility, five independent living villas totaling 13 residences, and renovations to the market street social area.
Gardens Project: Alzheimer assisted living facility. The three buildings feature a secure butterfly garden with walking paths for patients.
The Inn: Interior renovations were made to the lobby, main dining room, common areas, and medical treatment rooms.
Market Street Project: This common area includes a beauty salon, general store, spa, cinema, and a card/billards room, and will act as a social center for the senior residents.
Project Details: CDP provided complete architectural and interior design services as well as renovations, schematics, master planning, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment services.
