Special Features: These 55 luxury residences were designed to emulate the architecture found in Marbella, Spain. Design elements include Spanish arches and covered balconies, oversized windows, glazed porcelain tile floors, and walk-in closets. This is a fully gated community with a Residents’ Club that features an outdoor patio, pool, and private marina with boat slips, as well as a bar, kitchen, pool showers, and dressing rooms.
