Andy Kelly
Andy Kelly is a Senior Architect at Chancey Architecture with over 15 years of experience specializing in custom residential design. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, bringing a thoughtful, interdisciplinary perspective to his work.
Andy’s career has taken him across the country, with projects ranging from the mountains of Vail to the beaches of Naples. His diverse experience has shaped a design approach that is both highly contextual and deeply attuned to each client’s vision. Licensed since 2018, he is an active member of the AIA and NCARB, and has contributed his expertise by serving on design review boards for the cities of Naples and Bradenton.
Known for his collaborative mindset, Andy values the relationships built throughout the design process. He enjoys engaging with clients, working closely with project teams, and embracing the rigor required to bring complex ideas to life.
A native Michigander, Andy enjoys traveling whenever possible, with favorite destinations including New York City and, of course, Ann Arbor.
