Interior Designer

This is a full-time onsite Interior Designer role based in Tampa, FL. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, selecting FF&E, and ensuring project specifications align with client visions. The role also involves onsite consultations, project coordination with contractors, and meeting deadlines to deliver outstanding designs.

Job Description

  • Collaborate on interior design projects that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules.

  • Generate concepts for finish plans, RCP, lighting plans, specifications, material selections, and millwork for the project.

  • Participate in the selection and presentation of FF&E, color palettes, and decorative lighting.

  • Develop and participate in internal and client presentations.

  • Generate full documentation to coordinate with Architecture, MEP, AV, General Contractors and other disciplines to achieve the desired design intent.

  • Participate in construction administration process ensuring the successful delivery of the design intent.

  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from a professionally accredited program

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality or senior living.

  • Candidates who have passed the NCIDQ exam are preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills in Revit, Microsoft suite of programs, Canva, and Enscape.

  • Full management skills, good communication and presentation skills with clients.

  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction.

  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.

  • Understands details and working with architectural and engineering disciplines.

  • Field experience working with contractors through the construction administration process.

Procurement Coordinator

This is a full-time onsite Interior Designer role based in Tampa, FL. The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for procuring, purchasing, tracking, and installing FF&E. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with designers, quotes, tracking, scheduling and installing FF&E orders. The role needs a highly organized person who is able to trouble shoot any challenges that arise.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team.

  • This individual will support the design team by managing all aspects of procurement (purchasing), proposing and invoicing.

  • The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, interior design-driven environment.

  • You will be responsible for managing procurement, tracking orders, ensuring materials meet project specifications, resolving freight issues, and communicating updates across designers, vendors, and clients.

  • This is an administrative heavy position and requires someone that is very focused on detail.

  • Create proposals, and accurately document specifications for interior design project.

  • Coordinate the storage and delivery of items to residential and commercial sites for installation.

  • Problem-solve product issues while protecting business and client interests.

  • Assist with FF&E installation preparation and execution.

  • Attend meetings with clients as needed.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent vendor relationships is key to this role as is collaborating with your internal project team members to deliver an excellent client outcome.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Procurement (custom orders), purchasing, and FF&E project coordination (design industry experience or related required).

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Studio Designer and Canva.

  • Ability to multitask and manage numerous deadlines.

  • Professionalism and strong judgment when handling vendors and clients.

  • Problem-solving mindset with commitment to proactive follow-through.

Architect

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Architect to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will work across all project phases—from conceptual design to implementation—collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design goals are met. The ideal candidate will have strong design and visualization skills, experience with digital tools like Revit, and a passion for sustainable architecture.

Job Description

  • Work with project teams in all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and implementation.

  • Collaborate with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives.

  • Develop and participate in internal and client presentations.

  • Participate in the construction administration process ensuring the successful delivery of the design intent.

  • Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a professionally accredited program.

  • 5-10 years of related architecture project experience.

  • Actively working towards achieving State licensure.

  • Organized, creative, collaborative, and independent.

  • Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.

  • Experience with, and passion for utilizing digital design tools including (and beyond) Revit.

  • Passion for sustainable practices and interest in working towards certification (LEED, FitWell, etc.)
