Kalah Woerner
A dedicated architect with decades of experience, Kalah Woerner has spent her entire career at Chancey Architecture since 1997. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a registered architect in Florida, LEED AP, and a member of AIA. Kalah’s expertise focuses on multifamily projects, including apartments, condos, independent senior living communities, mixed-use buildings, student housing, and development houses. She has also led Chancey’s quality control team, ensuring excellence in design and sustainability practices.
From 2012 to 2017, Kalah served as a National Green Building Standard Verifier, helping certify numerous large multifamily communities across Florida. Her dedication to sustainable architecture and design innovation earned her the Green Partner of Excellence award in 2013, recognizing her leadership and impact in the field.
Outside of work, Kalah enjoys exploring Tampa with her husband and spending time with their two grown sons, who have recently “left the nest.” They also share their home with beloved dogs, and together enjoy attending sporting events, traveling, and savoring all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
