With a strong foundation in architecture and a passion for local design, Lia Bernhardt has been an essential member of Chancey Architecture since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and has since contributed her expertise to multi-family and commercial projects, encompassing both new construction and renovations.

Lia’s versatile skill set spans project management, BIM management, drafting, and IT, allowing her to adapt seamlessly across roles and ensure projects run efficiently. Her breadth of experience and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team.

A Tampa native, Lia brings a deep connection to the community and a commitment to enhancing the region’s architectural landscape through thoughtful, impactful design.
