Chancey Design is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of Sunrise Point at Westminster Shores in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is the third community on the Westminster Shores Campus Chancey Design has provided architectural and interior design services for. This Independent Living community will feature 52 spacious apartments, gourmet kitchens, under-building parking and access to a fitness center, new dining venue, lounge and life-long learning center. The project is being constructed by Hennessey Construction.
