Through The Years
1989
Founders Walt and Sandra Chancey, along with Managing Partners, Catherine Christie-Zanghi and Larry Nuzum, come together to form Chancey Architecture & Interior Design (formerly Walton H. Chancey and Associates Architects P.A. and Sandra B. Chancey Interior Design, Inc.) in Ybor City, Tampa.
1997
The second Chancey office was opened in Seagrove Beach, FL, focusing on projects in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, WaterSound, and WaterColor.
2008
Chancey developed and designed a new office building that draws stylistic inspiration from its historic neighbors while providing a fresh, prominent anchor to the 7th Avenue entrance of Ybor City.
2022
Peter Fertig and Heather Serafin are introduced as partners.
2023
Cameron Hughes, Kalah Woerner, and Jennifer Bedore are introduced as partners.
2024
Chancey Architecture & Interior Design celebrates 35 years of timeless design. Our journey continues with a commitment to creating exceptional spaces that inspire and endure.
