Heather Serafin

Bringing decades of financial expertise to Chancey Architecture & Interior Design, Heather Serafin serves as Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has been a full-time member of the firm since 2005 and has supported Chancey as their CPA since 1996. Heather earned both a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of South Florida and passed the CPA exam in December 1995.

Heather’s expertise spans financial management, human resources, and information technology, providing essential guidance that ensures the firm operates efficiently and strategically. Her experience, dedication, and leadership play a vital role in maintaining Chancey’s success and continued growth.
