Tres Carter

Fueled by curiosity and a passion for blending design with technology, Tres Carter joined Chancey Architecture in 2023. While in college, he gained hands-on experience working with architecture firms and collaborating with his mother’s contracting business, sharpening his construction and demolition skills.

Tres graduated from Auburn University in 2023, where he placed second in the Wood Competition, studied in Japan, and explored the intersection of architecture, design, and artificial intelligence in his thesis. At Chancey, he supports Alys Beach projects out of the Seagrove Beach office, gaining comprehensive experience across administration, finances, marketing, and design.

His expertise includes construction documentation and administration, 3D rendering, and IT support. Tres excels at transforming schematic plans into live 3D models, visualizing construction assemblies, and managing digital project documentation. Outside the studio, he pursues his passions as an artist, sculptor, and photographer, balancing professional dedication with creative exploration.
