This stunning two-story, 4,032-square-foot home—plus 1,880 square feet of patio and garage space—in Alys Beach was a four-year project. With five bedrooms (including a bunk room), five full and two half baths, and a breathtaking outdoor space, the large-scale build was ambitious but well worth the wait.

Vibrant color plays a major role, with each bedroom inspired by the hues of Emerald Coast sunsets. White oak flooring adds warmth and cohesion, especially in the kitchen, where Sherwin-Williams’ “Really Teal” cabinetry and a custom brass range hood create a bold, elegant space. The home’s exterior pops with Woodland Green railings and window trim.
