Alex Rubin

Blending creativity, discipline, and a talent for storytelling, Alex Rubin brings a unique perspective to Chancey Interior Design as a Project Designer. A recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Alex earned a BFA in Interior Design with a minor in Electronic Design.

Before pursuing formal design studies, Alex built a successful career in luxury hospitality across Los Angeles and New York City and worked as a commercial actor for top-tier brands including Mercedes and Amazon. These experiences honed an eye for detail and fostered an intuitive understanding of mood, narrative, and emotional impact—qualities that now define Alex’s approach to design.

Alex is an IDA Student Design Award recipient, with a particular passion for the power of color, the art of storytelling, and creating spaces that resonate with people. Outside of the studio, Alex can often be found traveling, exploring new cultures, and seeking inspiration from the world around them.
